Pros

The team is really good both personal and technical. I feel I can approach anyone and ask questions no matter what. They make me feel welcome. Super nice and fun environment and atmosphere. Clear and smart goals for the short-mid term. That makes you feel they know what they are doing. Plenty R&D engineers, they love to innovate! Feels like a startup but at the same time well established company with plenty of experience, mostly inheritated from Netgear. New offices, all is brand new and up to standards in the industry. Worklife balance is good except at peak time but most of the time you get out at decent hours and won’t receive calls.

Cons

No food provided free or paid (although looking from the other side this is healthier as you have to bring it from home).

Pros

Visibility, Salary, Flexibility (work from home, Summer Fridays), no micro management. Treated like an adult. If you're prepared to work hard and take responsibility, you will reap the rewards. If you're looking for boring work and leave every day at 4.30pm, you will be found out very quickly.

Cons

Still a start-up, process efficiencies need to be fine-tuned. Understaffed in many departments still, although this is improving.
