Thanks for leaving a review, especially over the holiday break period! As a company, we're quite open with communication and everyone up to the C-suite is accessible for a question, even to interns. If there ever is a con about ARM, the one we hear most often from our Cambridge employees is on the city itself. It is an expensive city to live in though our Rewards team have been reviewing compensation across all levels and regions.
