Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased to hear you are enjoying your time at Arm. We truly believe diversity is our foundation for innovation. Thank you for your honesty, we completely agree with you, the experience of our people is unparalleled. We value our people, but of course, we can always look to improve. I would be keen to understand your experience on the lack of promotion in further detail because we certainly don't believe our engineers are interchangeable- each area within our business has a unique skill set, whilst we can learn from one another, you should be encouraged to be yourself.
