Thanks for leaving a review! Historically, ARM was primarily focused on developing hardware IP, but these days ARM is now equal in hardware and software roles! If you mean for your role you were expecting more HW work and instead had more SW, our new AFDS logbook would have allowed you to address your work balance with your line manager on a more frequent basis. Good vacation time, 401k match, RSU and sabbatical. Open door policy. No BS politics. Love people I've worked with for the last 12 years. You show respect, you get them back 99%. Free soda and subsidized snack and lunch, so cheap for emergency. Management style is not authoritarian even CEO - a respectful person. Indeed, I love ARM.
