      Pros

      Blue chip company, highly skilled people, travel, pay and shares, a sense of purpose that everyone has and a well respected company in the industry.

      Cons

      big company mentality and divisions within the company can make things difficult to get done. Some customers hostile to ARM for being so successful.

We have grown rather quickly in the last 5+ years, and our processes have not scaled as quickly to meet up with the demand, but this is something that is recognized and we are working to improve.       Thanks for leaving a review! We generally offer salaries in the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry performing a similar function. Many people see the base salary as the one to compare, but once you factor in the total compensation package, including bonuses, benefits and other reward structures, it is highly competitive for the market.       Becoming a big company

      Pros

      The company has a fantastic success. ARM is at the center of the whole semi-conductor company. The working experience and environment are great with capable engineering, opportunity if you are ready to move around the world. It is a true global and worldwide company

      Cons

      The company is very demanding with their employees, especially in the processor group. As the company is growing, the culture is changing from the start-up spirit to the "big company" bureaucracy. Inevitable ?
