Thanks for leaving a review, and your over 5 years of employment with ARM! We are proud to have an open and collaborative work environment, making it a friendly and positive place to work. That being said, if you feel that management is not doing an adequate job or are not transparent, please do contact your HR Business Partner to raise a flag on the issues you feel we can improve upon. Without knowing what the issues are, we can't fix anything. Regarding salary, we reviewed all salaries across the board and conducted external benchmarking so we are more in line and competitive with the market rates. By now, you should have been assessed your TAP rating and the adjustments in your salary should reflect this, if it was below market value. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
