Pros

High trust working environment Pace of work is fast and ever changing Ability to second/swap into a different role after doing the job you've been at the company for a year or two. Fully flexible working Personal and professional development supported and encouraged Generous holiday allowance (and ability to buy an extra 5 days a year) Great quality summer and Christmas parties

Cons

A lot of new people at the company so can be hard to get questions answered/ know what correct process should be.

I really like my job at ARM

Pros

- My work is challenging but interesting. - Awesome new benefits package which gives £4.5k a year to spend on activities, health, and development. I claimed my entire sum to contribute to the deposit on my first home. - The people I work with are good fun and not overly political.

Cons

- Inflexibility in the older staff, it's a shame to see good ideas wasted. - Over worked middle management. For the past year or so my middle managers have been processing amazing amounts of information, and one of them has already burnt out. It was a shame to lose her as she was a great manager.
