Pros

Strong culture of innovation and transformation. This firm enables employees at all level to be empowered to think differently and "build a better mousetrap." Title doesnt matter, ideas and innovation matter.

Cons

Compensation is historically below market. The company works to fill the pay gap with long term growth potential, etc. which is great, but doesnt put a roof over your head or food on your table. Comp and benefits will need to improve if they want to remain competitive in the tough bay area job market.
