      Pros

      The people that work in this company are calm, positive, intelligent, and have good communication skills. They actually are training me for the job they want me to do in a positive fashion. The turnover is low. The benefits and pay are excellent. I expect to work here until I retire.

      I have nothing negative thing to say about Armed Forces Insurance.

      Pros

      A lot of great people work here. Company truly believes in taking care of the customer. Opportunities to WFH as needed. Great benefits and an excellent 401K match.

      Cons

      Pension has been canceled going forward.

      Pros

      Great benefits to include medical, 401k with company matching, and HSA. Friendly culture, team players, professional growth is important. Clean/up to date building. Small gym with new equipment on location. Employee oriented, understanding management, lives up to their mission statement.

      Cons

      Only one company location in Leavenworth KS...Employees stick around for a long time. This is both a pro and a con, advancement takes longer due to low turnover, but people stick around because it is a great place to work.
