Benefits, benefits, benefits. You will not see benefits like this at many other places, especially the retirement benefits. No cutthroat executive management slashing jobs so shareholders can get an extra penny or two. Challenging work environment serving those who serve us.

Cons

The usual small insurance company challenges.
