-Great people. Everyone personally are wonderful and makes for a good work environment. -Benefits and 401K

Cons

-Small town everyone knows or seems to be related to someone one way or another. -remote work is not equal for all, ask for the policy requirements. -Pay is low.

Pros

They offer free extensive training that allows you to learn at your own pace, the people that you get on the phone for the most part are awesome. Your co-workers help you with any questions that you have.

Cons

The training is very long 2-3 months depending on your ability to retain the information. Lunch is only 30 minutes a day but they do offer two 15 minute breaks which can be refreshing.
