Pros

Ability to work in multiple departments early on. Internet, cable, and phone services for free. Tuition assistant or discount. Some options to work from home (but prefer to work from the office) Great healthcare benefits.

Cons

No match on 401k Always busy in the call center Management micro manages too much. Not enough co workers for work load. Evening shift has to stay late if busy, but morning shift has more free time. Evening shifts have difficult time taking off. Company purposely limits time off time, making it hard to use paid time off. Doesn't promote employees within for higher level positions.

Hiring Process Review

Pros

The hiring process was relatively quick and easy. When reaching out, I was able to have my questions answered in a detailed and quick manner. There are some documents to fill out before starting the first day, but they were quick and easy to do (I did use a laptop to complete documents, supposedly using a mobile device can possibly cause issues). Aside from that, requirements are not out of the ordinary and easy to follow.

Cons

None as of right now.

Not a bad company to work for

Pros

The benefits were very good as well as the free services. Company culture was one of the best I’ve ever experienced and many of my former coworkers I now consider to be good friends.

Cons

They underpay you as a way to give you a larger raise every year, when in reality you’re just being given a big raise while being below the average for your payband. And along with that, once you hit your median payband you no longer are given merit based raises, just a flat 3% so there is no incentive to actually go out of your way to do extra work in hopes of getting a big raise, or accounting for inflation. Not to mention during Covid when inflation was the highest I got an amazing whole 2% raise, what a way to recognize your employees for taking on extra work in the height of the pandemic. There was never a moment while I was working here besides year one that I felt I was being compensated appropriately, I left this job for an almost 30% raise at a company 1/5 the size, they have the ability to pay their employees appropriately but they just choose not to.
