      Free cable, phone, and internet.

      Cons

      Entire corporate office is run by heinous individuals and their demagogues. If you aren't in their little inner circle, you are worthless to them. The management/ownership group has such disdain for their own employees it is sickening.

      They just don't care

      Pros

      Free cable/internet/phone. Minus upper management there are some good people here.

      Cons

      Very little appreciation for anything. Up starting salary by several dollar an hour, making it more then some of your current employees are making and offer them nothing. Giving a 2% cost of living raise when the cost of living went up by 6%. Letting some employees continue to work from home but making others go back to the office.

      Very family oriented Management is approachable and friendly Tons of giveaways in the company Lots of time off when needed All the higher-up management treat you like you matter
