The local team dynamic couldn’t be better! Local leadership is supportive and allows autonomy in position as PC2.

Cons

No remote work options. Zero discussion around salaries in any role nor discussions about pay raises. You are told what you get after the review process. Advocacy from leaders cal management to senior team could be improved.

Family ownership that cares for its employees. Can be a fun and creative environment with ample opportunities. They truly care for their customers. Excellent benefits for the area.

Cons

No flexibility with work, must be in the office all the time. Pay is somewhat lower than other places.
