Many long term loyal employees with hearts of gold are quite helpful and friendly.

Cons

Very poor leadership at the corporate level. Reports to HR for inappropriate/illegal behavior of call center supervisors is ignored and employees that bring issues forward are retaliated against on a regular and repeated basis.
