Worst Property Management Co I've worked for!!

Community manager was nice and the girl in HR was always helpful.

Cons

Honestly, there are too many cons to list, but the biggest in my opinion (and other former employees I have spoken to) is all leasing personnel are suppose to rotate and take prospects equally and according to when they started their shift, however, the leasing director would hog the walk-ins. Not only that, they would change the name of the sales associate who first toured the prospect. Basically, they steal other associates commission. Upon quitting this company, they owed me $800 in commission, and only paid me $300. Very unethical company!!

-Co-workers change regularly as people are moved/transferred often.

Pros

Great co workers and the free apartment helps a lot! They promote fast as long as your rent and work hard. Great supervisors also. I guess the old Arnel in the early 2000's had a bad name but it's gotten a lot better recently. As long as your property is doing good you won't have to worry about corporate micromanaging you.

Cons

The pay is not very good. And the budgets that the managers get monthly for the property is not good at all!
