Not too big of a company where you disappear

You will be overworked by lack of help, no onboarding or training to speak of, anyone who has any power keeps it and won't give any one a piece of it, lack of talented PMs

Pros

Decent benefits, you can get out early on Fridays, and the people are nice to work with. Coworkers treat you like one big family.

Cons

Higherups seem out of touch, and tend to take employees for granted. I feel like we definitely take on a lot more projects than our office can handle, and as a result we end up overworked.
