Ability to work with the world’s largest Architectural and Engineering Design firms as well as smaller local Minority and Women owned Businesses. Family-oriented company that respects Work-life balance. Competitive Benefit package.

Some genuinely nice people at the main office.

Cons

This place is a turnover machine. The typical employment lasts about a year and a half and I have seen an entire group leave within months. Specifically, the Baltimore office should be avoided at all costs. It is rampant with sexually suggestive comments, racial profiling, and incompetent management. What's worse, the sexual comments and profiling comes from specific senior officials within the Baltimore Office., leaving you with no one else to turn to. Hours are long and stress levels are always high. Socially it's a very fake environment, it's best to put headphones on and be in your own zone.
