Arora has a great team culture where people like to work together and want to help each other succeed. As a BIM Coordinator, I get to collaborate with different disciplines and feel supported when bringing new ideas to improve how we work. I feel many people here are celebrated for achievments with monthly recognization awards, and there's always free food offered to employees in Chadds Ford. It's the small things that makes the culture here.

Cons

Things move fast, and with all the growth, some systems are still catching up. Need to focus on adapting to speed.

I have a lot of hands-on project experience here and am able to work on different types of jobs across aviation and transportation. The people are collaborative and usually willing to help if you ask. I felt like leadership was approachable and open to new ideas. The company has been putting more focus on technology and innovation, which makes me feel good about the long-term vision here.

Cons

Priorities shifted quickly which makes planning tough. Benefits are decent however not as strong as bigger competitors.

Supportive managers and leadership and a collaborative team culture. There are lots of chances to work on innovative projects and the company is embracing new technology and new ideas. A lot of times lunch is given which is also nice.

Cons

Some departments are busier than others so workload can vary.
