Everyone is willing to help, and they actually take the time to train you instead of just throwing you into tasks. The workplace is very well-organized with clear procedures, which helps everyone stay on the same page.

Cons

The workload can be a lot sometimes. There are also a lot of email groups and automated messages, which can clutter your inbox if you don't stay on top of it and organize them into folders as you receive them.
