while joining they told me everything is good here, but when you join then you came to know what actually there is. 1. Management is very very poor. 2. The main concern at Arowana is SALARY, they don't give you salary on time you have to ask them or remind them that it is salary time please give me my salary. I worked with Arowana for 1 year at their client-side location and hardly I get my salary on time without asking them. It's been 2 years now i am not part of Arowana and still, i didn't get my Fun and Final amount yet, i keep taking follows with them but i am not getting any response from there. so my opinion is please don't join it, they tell you a lot of good things but when it comes to the salary they always lag far behind.

1. This company was earlier founded by a different name(do not remember what that was) and re-named to Arowana. 2. The HR of the organization during the first 2 days of induction will tell you that the CEO is like a fighter fish and so he named the company as Arowana. 3. This organization does not follow any kinds of standards in the country as per work policies. 4. They do not have a PF account for the employees. 5. Salaries till date are never paid on time. 6. They follow a hire and fire policy which can be as short as few weeks. 7. They do not provide you the necessary document when you are relieved or thrown out of the company. 8. You F&F is kept on hold for a very long time(upto years) and may or may not be released. 9. People should follow up for years to get their documents and money. 10. They keep your salary on hold during your entire notice period. 11. They give negative and wrong reviews about the candidate when there is a BGV(background verification). 12.There are multiple people who have fallen into this trap including myself. 13.The HR in the organization is just another department which is of absolutly no relevence. 14. This is purely a family run company with cousins as heads in all departments.
