The trust company shows upon an employee is great. If opportunity is supposed to be cup of tea. Thy provide you the tea pot... Gives opportunity to take great responsibility and no matter what the experience level you posses, thy let you handle the client directly.... If help required, thy make sure you get a helping hand and always on employee side evn If there s an escalation....... What more can one expect when he is growing in his career.....
Cons
Nothing in particular, may be some support from admins for onsite consultants... And also help reduce some pressure on junior consultants... But above cons do not affect my growth...
