- Low Pay (good for entry level)
- High end contracts that should be paying employees well.
- Does not back employees when government cash cows don’t lift a finger to do the job and blame the contractor.
- Does not inform the contractor of contract updates.
- Does not provide the actually contract to employee to look over to know what work they should be doing.
- Does not do sit downs. 2 percent raises no matter how hard you work or how much you put in.
- Owner does not know his employees from government workers.
- Insurance is high for families.... 500.00 a paycheck is a bit much with low salaries.
- Was told that we were a dime a dozen employees no matter how hard you worked. Always be replaced with someone else.
