Some nice coworker Decent benefits Weekly pay Remote work, great system provided.
Cons
Leadership at the top level is totally clueless. They are self serving people. Points finger at you on the first opportunity. Lot of Flaws in the database, no proper prioritization. CEO believe he can randomly layoff people and hire new people to get the project running in 5 days. People managers are so horrible, Ex-CPO blasts the organization on LinkedIn. People management fakes about culture change when the CEO is the biggest problem. Hope someday the board fires the CEO and bring a qualified CEO.
