Great opportunity at smaller startup "like" organization to make good money and learn the ropes of manufacturer sales

Good starting salary, fair commission schedule, one product is very unique, large territories, formal partner program to try to encourage more partner involvement and revenue, good personalities in staff members

Cons

Asia pacific attention more than North America, low partner penetration, very lean field engineering support, major competition from vendors
