Pros
1. Good compensation and Salary is fixed. On top of it is less PF is cut from the salary so you can invest in better funds. 2. Improved Leave policy (Had very less leaves but it has been almost doubled. Have ample amount of leaves) 3. Good work ( More and More work is getting offloaded to Bangalore team and future brighter) 4. Fun activities ( Regular outings - badminton, movies and bowling such activities organized regularly) 5. No cost cutting like other places. 6. Top management willingness to add additional benefits and employee friendly policies. 7. Financially stable company / Growing organically.
Cons
Growth pains. As it is a small company and in a growing phase, some of the processes are not place.
