Pros

I enjoyed my time working with Arrayo. The guidance of Gary, JP, and Yannick were instrumental to my growth within the company. I never had a problem reaching out. They were responsive and thoroughly listened to all of my concerns. They have a firm philosophy that empathy and understanding is key to success and I can attest that their beliefs hold true. Work-life balance during my time there was amazing and highly flexible. I would recommend this firm to my friends.

Cons

A young firm with the usual growing pains.

Pros

At Arrayo I got the opportunity to work with some of the smartest and most driven minds in biotech. The assignments I got were always interesting and it was a great opportunity to learn the computational science powering the next wave of biotech. I worked with Arrayo through the challenging transition to remote and the team had my back the whole way through.

Cons

The clients are demanding and have high expectations for delivery but this is rather common in the field.

Pros

Unfortunately nothing comes to mind

Cons

This company has little to no interest in providing value to its employees, clients, or consultants. This company has its own interests as the sole guiding principal of engagements with the afore mentioned personas. It is not uncommon to spend a large number of hours of your time on presales activities that benefit Arrayo by defining their service offerings and not receiving any compensation. Beware of projects that are staffed with fresh hires. This company is notorious for signing SOWs and scrambling to hire junior, unqualified resources to staff the project. If you are a senior project member, you will spend far more hours than you are approved for on client projects to compensate for the massive gap that is created by junior team members billing and providing no value; Arrayo will provide no additional incentives or compensation. This company is essentially a shell for importing junior workers to staff projects that usually cannot be delivered. In my experience, Arrayo will see any generosity or kindness as weakness, and will fully exploit this to their advantage.
