You might get a fantastic manager who knows what they are doing, will help you to develop professionally, and will ultimately lead you towards success. Although, you need to have drive and a self starter attitude when you work here in this role.

Cons

You might get a terrible manager who is only concerned with themselves and their trajectory within the company. They might not care about you at all as a person. Some people respond well to this kind of thing, others look for a workplace where they are treated with respect and kindness.
