Upbeat, fast paced work environment that gives you the freedom and flexibility to create your own book of business. With no capped commission, you have the ability to work as hard and earn as much as you desire. Unlike many entry level sales positions, there are no ladders to climb. Everyone starts at the same level, and its up to you how high you want to ascend. Ample amount of support from management and upper management. Youthful work environment with inclusivity inside and outside of work. If you are money motivated, driven, and have the ability to pick up the phone and sell, this job is for you.

Cons

You have to earn your work from home days by tenure. However, I prefer to be in the office. Great energy and I find myself more productive and supported.
