Great Company but Tech is not valued and so don't expect full agile and design maturity

Great culture with lots of happy hours and little offerings like meals provided on occasional days and team outings, plus you may get to travel to Colombia to work with our development teams

Cons

The design process is hindered by the C-suite and proper research is not usually performed, although needed in many regards and at many levels from strategically to information architecturally. In some ways it felt like a being a graphic designer for a web app. very little user testing time is ever given. You also cannot work remotely from anywhere, so you better be prepared to live in AZ, TX, FL, OH, or IL.
