Pros

catered lunches, lots of opportunity, easy to make good work friends

Cons

I have been working at Arrive as a sales rep for two years now. The market is absolutely terrible right now, and basically there is no money to be made even if you are working day and night. You get 33% of take home commission. If I make 6k in a month, I get $1800 take home after the 33% and taxes. You will be dealing with multiple issues throughout the day. Mostly dealing with difficult drivers, people screaming in your ear about how bad rates are, no one showing up on time, and 0 respect from anyone in the industry. I have had multiple dispatchers and drivers hit on me, which I also find unprofessional. This is not a professional job as there is a TON of lying from dispatchers and drivers which forces you to lie to your fellow employees that you work with. They just changed the training time from 3 months to 6 months. Trainers after getting out in 6 months will figure out that the market is bad, and there is no money to be made in the industry. This job will take a toll on your personal life. Every month that I have been working there I have been told that the market will get better soon. I am sure this is how they keep their employees hooked into working there. With how much stress there is and how difficult times are with the market, management should definitely be paying their employees more. If I book a load and get $10 commission, the load goes terribly , you spend over an hour trying to fix the issue, you get $3 of that,
