Pros

I sincerely enjoy working here, and I feel confident that I would not find the same amount of growth and challenge anywhere else. Everyone at Arrive works hard, but with a ton of passion. It is rewarding to feel like you are building something as a team, and I wouldn't change anything about my experience here so far. This is a tough-as-nails industry, but that is what makes it fun. The work we do matters!

The work is interesting, my team is helpful and people generally have a can-do mentality. I've built more models at Arrive in the past year than I did in the three years before that. I love that I'm able to learn, achieve my professional goals and add value as a data scientist.
