Great culture but an uphill battle

Great Culture, Amazing co-workers, go get it environment and it pays off in the long run (depending on a few factors)

Cons

Long Hours, Tough Expectations, You Don't Sale You Don't Stay, and Burnout is the BIGGEST con.

This company has some amazing people on the floor. If you are fresh out of college and looking to learn from the best in the industry in a fun environment this is a great spot. Their process as far as sales/operation is the best in the industry

Cons

You don't hear the phrase "people first" at Arrive anymore. It has gone from an organization where you feel like family to a well-oiled operations machine where top management doesn't seem to care much about people on the floor. The recent compensation changes are absurd and borderline shady. Execs communication to the floor about these changes is awful. They can't even communicate these changes themselves because they know they're unfair so they have middle management do it. There's a reason no one's commission payout can be seen on a scoreboard anymore.
