- decent work environment - good perks at work including free lunch on Friday - lower management seems to care about your growth and well being

Cons

- constantly changing standards - overworked and underpaid - management clearly chooses favorites that they want to "fast-track" through - promotions and raises seem to have no rhyme or reason to them - questionable promotion of employees

Definitely fast paced and the work can be strenuous, but also very rewarding. The more you put into it the more you will get out.
