culture fun start up company but like many other startups they have their cons

Cons

Micromanagement Taking lunch at this company was weird - people looked at you odd if you left for you full hour for lunch and a lot of people ate at their desk. Lack of communication was also a big one at this company. Make sure to stand your ground and get clear communication from higher ups

- long 10 hour days - lord of pressure - takes a while to make any decent money

Pros

There are great people who work at Arrive. The company is lively and high energy.

Cons

Management is a joke. Incompetence is overlooked and often rewarded, especially if you are a white man. The company constantly loses good talent because of the bad management. Despite a young workforce, the culture is riddled with sexism, classism, and a complete lack of diversity. Any efforts for DEI are all for show and no real action is taken. Most toxic place I've ever worked.
