Pros

The unlimited income potential is always a plus. Great sense of cohesion amongst teams.

Cons

The potential for unlimited income definitely has a trade off. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a job in itself. Customers are important but carriers aren’t as valued in my opinion and they should be. Also, being kind is weird for some reason and a little frowned upon on the carrier side.
