      Active disregard for employee wellbeing

      Free food, free merch, fun colleagues

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay, expected to work weekends, metrics not accurate measure of performance, stubborn/prideful management, active disregard for needs of employees. Would rather deal with turnover than meet needs and concerns of current employees
