Pros

When people leave, you may be able to work more hours to get paid overtime depending on how work is delegated or distributed. You may be able to work in a remote-hybrid environment. The company provides free food at the office. There are opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Sales teams are never held accountable to do things right so this will cause you headaches with your work. Processes are never improving or working efficiently, they just keep changing. Most people you will work with in accounting don't have an accounting background, they just get moved over from sale-like positions half of the time. High turnover in the department. They don't actually follow their company values. Your payroll might be wrong from time to time.

Work from home, Great training, Great Management and support, Great benefits and bonuses. Arrive is 100% for the employee, they make you feel good to work for their company.

Cons

None, I don’t have any complaints.
