Really are none for this company

Cons

The leadership of the company is only focused on looking good to investors so they would rather you lose money on loads just to get load counts up than actually get good loads- barely make commission. The management works from home and doesn't give any leadership guidance to new hires. If you're handing a good company then you are lucky but if you don't get companies handed down to you, you barely have any time to even call new companies.
