      Excellent Earning Potential

      Pros

      Great first job out of college. Tons of earning potential in the freight brokerage industry. Carrier sales generally made money quicker, but Customer sales generally made more money long term.

      Cons

      Not so much a company con, but the freight industry is extremely stressful and demanding. Need to be comfortable delivering bad news to customers. Long shifts from 7-5.

      Pros

      Arrive takes the time to listen to its employees. It's not perfect, but they are constantly working to get better and care about the success of all their partners.

      Not an industry for everyone
