Good health insurance, meet some cool co-workers.

Cons

Please don't believe a lot of the positive reviews, they are made by HR to try to drown out and improve the overall score. Longs hours, toxic workplace, glorified over-working. No work life balance. You'll get passive aggressive comments if you leave your desk for lunch. Office is so over crowded. If you're 1 minute late or leave 1 minute early you'll get funny looks (even if there's nothing to do)

• The culture is really accepting • They really care about their people • Frequent reviews on managers • Managers provide valuable feedback • Lots of internal growth opportunities • They are not stingy on parties or company meals • Seems to be company-wide alignment on goals and initiatives • They take their time and discuss changes - they don't rush from one thing to the next • Job is not that stressful and good pay • I feel valued as a person. They listen to anyone's thoughts for improvement no matter their level. • They are consistently improving their systems based on employee feedback. • Their Covid-19 response was thoughtful and supportive of the people!

Cons

Can't think of many cons! The only thing that would improve the workplace is a permanent remote (work-from-home) option for those that want it.
