Arrive has an awesome culture, the potential to earn is basically unlimited, promotions are very possible, and you can move to different positions if your first position isn't the best fit.

Cons

You're working 7 am-5/6 pm almost every day, you will probably have to handle issues outside work hours on a regular basis, its difficult to really disconnect on vacations, and the industry can be sink or swim
