      young, enthusiastic work environment can make good money on paper (be careful)

      Cons

      management lacks transparency industry is brutal would not work here if work-life balance is important to you... That said, work-life balance is possible if your co-workers account for the majority of people in your life.

      Fun, high energy work environment Strong management Potential to make REALLY good money A great opportunity to build a variety of skills such as sales, time management, organization, etc.

      Cons

      Long hours and less flexibility for remote work Can be a very stressful job at times Requires serious dedication and may not be the right for everyone
