Pros

Upper management is top tier, no matter what goes on during the day to day, I can confidently say I trust Matt Pyatt, his incredible brain, and all the other board members to outshine Arrive vs. the competition.

Cons

Mid-level management is a little underqualified. Not the best people managers or sales people which can be a bit discouraging.

Pros

There's potential to make good money but overall there isn't a ton of support from management. I like that everyone is friends in the office and we all have a good friendship on the teams.

Cons

Management is too busy to help you actually develop and grow. There's absolutely no work-like balance. There's also no diversity and clear lack of effort from the company to change this.

-Free lunch on Mondays and Fridays -Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) -Cool coworkers (some) -Coffee bar -Casual attire that is about it

Cons

-The time and work that is asked of you is just not worth the pay, especially with the cost of living in Austin. Some days I would still have to do work at home after getting off. - 7-5 everyday - You have homework in training - Overall work/ life balance - White boy frat house vibes -WFH is granted for everyone
