Money not worth the stress

Pros

- fast money potential to make a lot in commission - fun work culture/office

Cons

- no work life balance at ALL. calls all hours of night, calls on fri/sat/sun ( they praise any employee who “grinds” aka working 100 hr weeks.) - a lot of favoritism internally. only way to move up and get good accounts is if you’re a favorite - industry itself is not for everyone

Awesome people - great work space - couldn't be happier with my time there

Cons

The work isn't really stimulating - gets old talking to truckers who have no filter or manners...but it could be worse

You'll learn a fair amount about logistics, customer support/success, grit/determination, and business development. The culture is great, it's not as high strung as other entities in the Austin Area.

Cons

Hours can be intense, initially the pay is light until you build up a book of business
