-Growing company, always new positions and opportunities to grow with the company -Technology is getting better and better. There were some rough patches but awesome stuff is coming out all the time. -If you put in the time, there is money to be made and a career to be had. -We're constantly getting asked for our feedback through surveys and AMAs, most of it anonymous. It can kind of be annoying, but it seems like they care about what we submit

Cons

-Freight Brokerage isn't for everyone. If you know what you're signing up for, this is the best place to do it that I've seen. -The freight market changes all the time, it can be tough to keep up with all the changes as we're trying to grow our book of business. -
