      Pros

      Many perks: Free lunch Friday, access to a gym on location, opportunity to move up within the company, cafe on site, flexible hours

      Cons

      The pay wasn't great, no compensation for not taking their health insurance and lunch breaks weren't promised. You are always expected to be available.

      Pros

      Opporunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Never able to downscale hours. Always 50 hour weeks. If you take off you can't really keep building business up.

      Young company eager to grow! Business Intelligence Team / Product Team are amazing!

      Cons

      - Poor training! - Managers don't listen, and provide solutions. - Aus / Chi / Chat do not communicate enough about proper training. - L&D Manager takes credit for your work and ideas.
