Pros

Overall the people at Arrive were great. Everyone I dealt with was driven and was motivated to push the needle along for the business. Because the business is still young, employees had a huge opportunity to come in and make an impact, more specifically, those employees who are on the technology side. You will have the opportunity to apply newly learned skills on the job and see the impact of your work on the sales floor which is great. A really great place to improve your skills and learn great business knowledge.

Cons

If you're are not on the sales floor, long hours and valuable work can go overlooked because your work does not directly affect the top-line.
