Potential to make a lot of money. No matter what level you're at you can make as much money as you want, no cap. Everyone around here is on your side and wants you to be the most successful employee. You ask anyone, and they're willing to help you out and lend a helping hand. Everyone here is very passionate and the energy is contagious. Although this job is challenging, it's still exciting and the people who work here make it worth it. Free lunch every Friday and free massages once a month in office. Great culture around the office.

Cons

Long hours and occasional weekends. Not a lot of PTO available. It takes awhile to start earning commission (about 8 months). Low base pay.
