-Young company -Motivated, hard working coworkers -Hands on managers who care about your success -Extensive training program (industry training, sales and operations sprints, mentorship) -Lucrative commission structure -Rewarded for hard work -Really do care about their people and will find the best position for you within the company

- Aggressive/competitive environment (sales in any industry) but a super laid back culture. Everyone here wants to make money and be successful. It’s nice to see people have motivation behind their work and have fun while doing it. - Proprietary tech that allows sales to focus on what they’re hired for. - In depth training program that gives you the tools and resources you need to succeed on the floor. - Free lunch Friday’s, Cafe on-site, competitions in the office like March Madness and Fantasy Freight where the winning teams get sent on trips to the Cotton Bowl/Final Four.

Cons

It’s a grind for sure. But if you’re willing to put forth the effort, you can make some great money here.
